Coronavirus update

The global pandemic of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to unfold.

Here at Enova we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our team and families, and I’d like to let you know about the steps we are taking at this time as we proactively manage the situation.

Our priority is to protect the health and wellbeing of our team and their families, and our business partners, to minimise the spread of infection, and to ensure we can continue to service and support you by having minimum disruptions to our business.

Importantly, at this time, we are not seeing any indications of any interruptions to your electricity supply.

Like many organisations, we now have some team members working from home already and some who have self-isolated due to health issues. We also now have measures in place to allow our operations to continue remotely, with team members able to work from home as required, ensuring minimum disruptions to you.  Hygiene standards across our office are at heightened levels.

Effective on 17 March, we have now stopped receiving visits from external people to our office, in order to protect the health and wellbeing of our team and their families, as well as to minimise the risk of our workplace becoming a source of infection that could impact the broader community.

Whist we love welcoming you into our offices here in Byron Bay, we would ask that if you were planning to visit us in person, that you contact us via phone or email instead.

Please bear with us if it takes us longer than usual respond to you over this time as the situation unfolds. Should anything change regarding our response as outlined, we will advise you as soon as possible.
