Solar PV Panels

We are working with our partners on the panels and inverters we recommend, here is our initial list:

REC The award winning REC Peak Energy series of panels are made for durability. Engineered to withstand heavy wind loads, and a frame designed to prevent frost damage, these panels undergo harsh testing. REC is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of solar panels, renowned for quality and longevity.
Trina Honey Panel

Advanced surface texturing and back surface field techniques have enabled Honey products to set world output records, 2014 record of 335.2Wp output for a 60-cell module.

Additional Panels will include Suntech, Stion, Jinko.

Our approved equipment list is evolving with our partners.

Inverters

SMA With over 20 years of experience in the manufacture and development of inverters for wind and solar, SMA makes inverters that are easy to use and reliable too.
Fronius This company has been involved in the solar industry since 1992. It’s aim is to revolutionise the energy supply of the planet to achieve energy self-sufficiency. With a focus on quality, and dedicated time spent on researching solar storage solutions, Fronius is a company striving for excellence and revolution. It’s has an extensive range of inverters.
Enphase Enphase uses proven microinverter technology which it says delivers more kilowatt-hours daily, monthly and yearly, even through the partial shade from clouds, trees, or structural obstructions. Plus, it increases uptime by eliminating the single point of failure common to traditional inverters.
SolarEdge These inverters are specifically designed to work with the SolarEdge power optimizers, but because MPPT and voltage management are handled separately for each module by the power optimizer, the SolarEdge inverter is only responsible for DC to AC inversion. Consequently, it is a less complicated, more cost effective, more reliable solar inverter.
