  1. A fee of $2 ( incl GST) applies for over the counter at Westpac.
  2. Payments by Visa or Mastercard will incur a processing fee of 0.6% ( incl GST ) of the total amount. Except when using your card for Direct Debit payment when there will be no card fee.

 You have the choice of receiving a paper bill, delivered to your postal address or an eBill via email


You will receive an Enova Energy Account each quarter (every three months), after your meter has been read. You will make payments monthly.
